Dansby Swanson headed to IL after hurting himself on a swing in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals

Cubs manager Craig Counsell said shortstop Dansby Swanson is likely headed to the injured list following Sunday's 11-4 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals at Wrigley Field, during which Swanson suffered a left oblique injury.
