if you don’t like it then stop complaining and simply leave IL-at least that is the response i have often received on this board after suggesting viable solutions to various critical issues-especially when it comes to gun violence and firearm laws.

Taking firearms away from law abiding citizens who want them and carry them, over taxing the gun and ammunition, etc., is not the answer to anything and would do nothing to reduce crime. Nothing. The only people with a gun would be the criminals, making the public less safe.

I agree with you on the just leave comments. Gov Jumbo as said it out loud and directly to our faces. “you don’t like it – leave”. Illustrating directly just how little he cares about Illinois Residents and Tax Payers. He couldn’t care less.

A correction here: At one point I said commercial property tax rates in Cook County are 3 times higher than residential rates. They are 2.5 times higher.
