NEW YORK, August 26. /TASS/. The United States’ allies believe that there are likely still mines in the Strait of Hormuz, despite Washington’s claims to the contrary, according to Bloomberg.

US President Donald Trump claimed earlier in August that the Strait of Hormuz had been completely cleared of mines. He also said that the US will not tolerate mining in the strait.
