An Unusual Tongue Mass

A 63-year-old man presented with an indurated submucosal lesion with overlying taut, blanched mucosa and surrounding erythema on the posterior ventral aspect of the right side of the tongue. Histopathologic examination revealed noncaseating granulomatous inflammation without evidence of dysplasia. What is your diagnosis?
