Brittany Cartwright set the record straight about the nature of her relationship with former publicist Lori Krebs after Jax Taylor suggested the two of them hadn’t been close for a year and were “never” friends.

As she also spoke of Jax’s ongoing harassment, Kristen Doute‘s apologies, her issue with Nia Booko, 36, and potential double standards for Janet Caperna, 36, and Danny Booko, 42, on Wednesday’s Watch What Happens Live, Brittany, 37, teased the reunion, revealed her rose and thorn of The Valley season three, and insisted that she and Lori were like family.

“[Lori was] family basically; I had just invited her to [a] Fourth of July cookout at my house. And now that they’re trying to say that we haven’t been friends for a year and a half. She was here the last time I was here … in April. The lies are insane to try to flip the image and make them look better,” Brittany explained in a recent episode of WWHL.

According to Brittany, she and Lori were so close that Lori actually “helped plan [her] wedding.”

“It’s a lot worse than people are making it out to be. I feel so betrayed. I expect it from Jax. I want to make this clear: My hurt and my anger is not about Jax Taylor. I am over him. I left him two and a half years ago. I want the divorce to be finalized. I know he will never change. It’s about her,” she clarified. “She knows everything. And she knows he manipulates and love bombs. And she still chose that over me and all of her friendships, her job, her family. She chose it over everything, like, knowing his personality. It was so heartbreaking for me.”

“She was my family member, the person I went to whenever I was being abused in that relationship. I cried on her shoulders,” Brittany added.

As for Jax, Brittany said that they have spoken and that “he harasses [her] on [their] parenting app constantly.”

“It’s really bad,” she shared.

Moving on to Kristen, 43, who appeared to be on the opposite side of The Valley cast’s divide, Brittany confirmed she’d received numerous apologies from her longtime friend.

“She has apologized to me over and over,” Brittany revealed. “She is my sister. She’s literally at my house three times a week. So we have talked about everything. I think she was so deep in postpartum at the time that she wasn’t in it like she normally would be, and she regrets that big time when it comes to me because she’s very loyal to me and a very good friend to me.”

One particular point of contention between Brittany and Kristen was Kristen’s closeness to Nia and her husband, and Brittany’s issue with the two of them.

“I felt like they try to hide a lot of things, and as someone who’s signed up for reality TV and shares so much of my life, I take that like kind of offensive, like we all sign up for the same thing so you need to show it, not run from cameras, not act like everything’s fine,” Brittany explained, inisting that despite what has been shown on the show, she loves Nia and has only that issue with her.

Regarding the idea that she justified Janet’s bad behavior while crucifying Danny for his, Brittany said that the two of them were “not the same.”

“And also, I don’t think I crucify Danny. I think I call things out when I see them, but I’m still very supportive and try to be a good friend to them,” she insisted. “Just because I say something I don’t like doesn’t mean I’m a bad person or anything. Friends should be able to disagree with stuff and … I should be able to say how I feel.”

Also on the live show, after saying that the cast was able to mend things at the reunion “a little,” Brittany shared her rose and throne of season three.

“My rose is definitely getting to show my beautiful son Cruz and being able to really like show his sensory room and different things like that. I feel like I can really be a great advocate for the autism community, and that’s so important to me,” she shared. “And then my thorn … I think whenever it was like my friends talking bad about me, and I didn’t see it until I watched the show, like Jesse and Danny sitting at lunch like trying to take me down … And just my friends like, kind of lying and throwing me under the bus for things I had nothing to do with.”

“That was my thorn, but I love them still,” she added.
