Lenovo has launched a new 15-inch gaming laptop globally. Equipped with a 165 Hz display, the LOQ Essential 15IPH11 dispenses with Nvidia graphics in favour of the Arc B390 found inside the Core Ultra X7 358H. Intel's Panther Lake platform promises to provide superior battery life than many competing gaming laptops, too.
Moreover, the LOQ Essential 15IPH11 contains a 15.3-inch IPS display. Resolving at 1,920 x 1,200 pixels in a 16:10 aspect ratio, the display also features an anti-glare coating, a 165 Hz refresh rate, 100% sRGB colour space coverage and 300 nits peak brightness. Finally, a 60 Wh battery rounds off the laptop, which supports 135 W Slim Tip charging and is said to last 19 hours when playing 1080p local videos at 150 nits. For reference, the LOQ Essential 15IPH11 weighs 2.1 kg and measures 344.9 x 254.83 x 20.9-23.25 mm.
Pricing and availability remain unknown for now. With that being said, PSREF confirms that the LOQ Essential 15IPH11 is set to receive a global release. To that end, the new 15-inch laptop is already listed on Lenovo's Australian, Hong Kong, Singaporean and Vietnamese websites. All refer to the LOQ Essential 15IPH11 as merely 'coming soon', though. Please see Lenovo's website for more details.
