Under Mike’s leadership, Monogram Health has grown into a national provider of in-home, multispecialty care for patients with multiple chronic conditions. The company now serves more than 200,000 patients across 37 states and has reported a 44% reduction in hospital admissions and 52% fewer emergency room visits. 

Before co-founding Monogram in 2019, Mike led Health Choice, expanding the organization from an Arizona Medicaid plan into a regional managed care organization with five health plans and two accountable care networks. During his tenure, Health Choice grew to more than 650,000 members and $1.6 billion in revenue.

Monogram Health is backed by TPG, Norwest Venture Partners, Frist Cressey Ventures, and other strategic and financial investors.
