Benjamin: My name is Ben, and I've been based on the Causeway Coast of Northern Ireland for the past 3 years.
Vineeth: Hi, I am Vineeth. I am originally from India and have been settled in Ireland for the last 10 years.
Sofia: Hi, I am Sofia Gerasimenko. I’m currently living in Dublin, Ireland, a country of endless green landscapes and calmness.
Denver: I’m an artist and photographer based in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland.
Elisabeth: While I am originally from Florida, USA, I began visiting Ireland in 2018. Now, I have had the pleasure of calling Derry~Londonderry, Northern Ireland home for the past five years.

What do you love most about Ireland?Benjamin: It's green, like SO green. People aren't joking when they call it the Emerald Isle! It's a color I've grown to adore over here in all its hues.
Denver: Ireland can feel intimate and epic at once, moving from close-knit towns and cities to a wild Atlantic cliff just a short drive away. What makes Ireland beautiful is the conversations you have with people along the way.
Elisabeth: I love how the people and the landscape are both equally beautiful and full of stories. You also can’t beat a good raspberry and white chocolate scone.

Sofia: I think this place brings you back to the feeling of being present in the moment. I love how this feeling makes you look at the world differently, helps you slow down and notice the details.
Denver: To notice changing light. A familiar road becomes a new story when mist rolls in, rain clears or evening gold touches the green hills.

Which areas of Ireland do you find particularly captivating for photography?Benjamin: Having the North Coast on my doorstep is ideal, but making the trip across the border to Donegal is never a waste of time. I've had a wee glimpse, but I yearn to see more of the Atlantic way.
Denver: Kerry always draws me back, especially Dunquin and the Atlantic coast. I’m also captivated by Sligo’s rugged hills, Leitrim’s quiet beauty and Clare’s cliffs.
Elisabeth: Hands down, Donegal. It is a landscape artist's playground! From the rugged coastline, cozy villages, and the rolling hills dotted with sheep, it encapsulates the very soul of Ireland.
Are there any elements of the Irish lifestyle that you love to incorporate into your art?Benjamin: Ruggedness is something I find a lot of and try to encapsulate in my pictures. Letting nature take its course despite all that's thrown its way from us and the ever-changing climate.
Sofia: I love the lifestyle connected to nature and its preservation. This connection with nature supports people physically, mentally and spiritually.
Denver: Ireland’s soulful rhythm: old stone walls, colourful pubs, coastal walks, cottages and small moments that carry a sense of home.
What is your favorite photo you took that really captures Ireland?Benjamin: A divide between the light and the dark. There will still come a time when the sun hits both sides of the mountain. Its history may be rocky, but Ireland's people have stood the test of time.

Image by Vineeth KurupSofia: This photograph was taken in Gleniff Horseshoe, County Sligo. The light mist enveloping the rocky, green-covered mountains and the ruins of an ancient stone building standing in complete solitude; I feel this is one of the best descriptions of the Irish landscape.
Image by Sofia GerasimenkoDenver: An image that I captured in the morning at the Dunquin Pier in Kerry. The Atlantic can feel wild yet calm like the Ireland I know, where weather can change the whole story in minutes.
Image by Denver SaldanhaElisabeth: A bay on Slea Head Drive with three peaks in the background known as "The Tree Sisters".
Image by Elisabeth ArnoldWhat is the one thing you would like people to know about your country?Benjamin: There's beauty in every corner of Ireland, come rain or shine. Don't let the prospect of grey skies stop you from seeing what Ireland has to offer.
Vineeth: Ireland is more than its famous landmarks. Its real beauty lies in the quiet moments.
Elisabeth: Northern Ireland has more to offer than just Belfast and the Giant’s Causeway. While those places are class, you could spend weeks just exploring all the hidden gems along the way.
What advice would you give to someone visiting Ireland for the first time?Benjamin: Follow those winding roads. Go down to that hidden shoreline. Take that walk through the woods. Wherever you are, you'll never be too far from a coffee shop to top up in.
Vineeth: Slow down and explore beyond the cities. Rent a car if you can, take the scenic coastal routes, and don't be afraid to stop whenever the light catches your eye.
Sofia: Take a road trip across Ireland and stay open to new experiences. Ireland is best discovered slowly, through unpredictable routes, landscapes and stories that meet you along the way.
Denver: Leave room for detours. Also book a road trip to the west coast of Ireland.
Elisabeth: Get up to Donegal and dress for rain. Bring a book and cozy up in a cafe with a cuppa and a scone, and that is truly the local experience.

What makes Ireland different from other countries you have been to?Benjamin: The spirit. You'd be hard-pressed to find someone out and about who isn't just as in love with the place as you'll be. You can lose yourself in a beautiful place and find someone equally pleasant to help you on your way.
Denver: It makes you feel at home. The landscape is dramatic but never distant. History, nature and daily life seem woven together wherever you go.
Elisabeth: I have visited over a dozen countries around the world, and the people of Ireland and Northern Ireland are second to none. Their hospitality to strangers knows no limit.
