Investors hold most of decreasing RGGI surplus, but compliance holdings grow post Q2 auction –reports

At the end of Q2, investors held the majority of surplus allowances under RGGI, which is expected to decrease through the rest of the current compliance period, while compliance entities boosted their share of holdings following the June auction, a pair of market monitor reports published Friday showed.
