Tammy Hembrow has responded to Celeste Barber after the comedian called her out for showing off her flat stomach on Instagram just 12 days after giving birth. 

The fitness influencer, 28, proudly took to Instagram on Saturday to show off her toned curves in racy lingerie for a series of mirror selfies, and told Celeste, 40, directly in the post's caption that she'll 'wear whatever' she wants.

Last week, Celeste called Tammy's postpartum post 'dangerous' and said women should never 'feel a need' to show off their bodies in activewear. 

Tammy oozed confidence as she showed off her toned curves in sheer pink lingerie in three bathroom mirror selfies.

Her blonde tresses were swept up into an effortless style, with several tendrils left out to frame her face, and she opted for glamorous makeup.

'This body created life x3 !!' Tammy captioned the post, before tagging Celeste directly and writing, '& I'll wear whatever I want' alongside a smiling face emoji.

Tammy's caption was in direct response to Celeste's Instagram Stories post last week where she re-posted Tammy's postpartum body post, just 12 days after giving birth. 

'No disrespect, well done on your success but this is dangerous,' Celeste wrote alongside footage of Tammy posing inside her bedroom in a skintight crop top and leggings.

'Women should NEVER feel as though they need to put on activewear and show off their bodies, to prove a point ESPECIALLY 12 days after having a baby. 12 DAYS!'

Celeste, who shares two young sons with her husband Api Robin, then shared her own experience just days after giving birth.

'Jeez I was sh***ing in a bag and screaming into a pillow after having my babies. How we look is irrelevant. Be kind to yourselves, moisturise your nipples and unfollow accounts that make you feel like sh*t!' she said.

In her Instagram post on June 30, Tammy revealed her slim and toned body at just 12 days postpartum.   

She said she 'stayed as active as possible' before and during her pregnancy by following her programs on her own fitness app.

'I honestly feel like my core was at its best in my whole life just before I fell pregnant with [daughter] Posy so I'm excited to see what I can do this time round after baby number 3!'

Tammy, who said she's ready to get back into a fitness regimen at six weeks postpartum, did stress that everyone's journey is different.

'Please DO NOT be hard on yourself or compare yourself to others. We all have different genes, different lifestyles, different circumstances etc,' she wrote.

'That being said I work and have worked extremely hard and want nothing more than to motivate and inspire you!'  

Tammy welcomed daughter Posy with her Ironman fiancé Matt Poole. 

She's also a proud parent to son Wolf, six, and daughter Saskia, five, with her ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.
