Celeste Barber has shared a hilarious video of herself working out.

The comedian took to Instagram on Thursday to show her 9.6 million followers her workout routine.

Dressed in activewear and holding two dumbbells, she worked out on a yoga mat in the corner of her gym. 

The Wellmania star's video was titled 'here's your motivation for 2024' as she made a series of awkward movements and stretches, making fun of New Year's resolution fitness goals.

In one particularly funny moment, Celeste indicated she had forgotten how to count as she was doing an exercise.

Barber's fans were delighted by the montage, and took to the comments to express their appreciation.

'Hahahaha u are the best Celeste!' wrote one fan.
