Married At First Sight star Belinda Vickers has revealed the extent of the bullying she was forced to endure in high school.

The former saleswoman, 29, spoke about the traumatic chapter of her life during a Q&A with fans on Instagram on Wednesday.

Belinda was asked if she had 'a lot of friends' in high school or if she was 'in a group' during her teen years.

'No. did not. I was bullied at my first high school,' Belinda admitted. 

The reality star said she then changed high schools hoping for a better outcome, which proved to be the case.

'Luckily, I did make friends there,' she said, noting that her second high school was a smoother ride than her first one. 

She said none of her 'bullies' ever reached out to apologise for how they treated her. 

This fact seemed to upset her greatly, more than a decade after graduating high school.

Belinda is still in a relationship with her on-screen husband Patrick Dwyer. 

The pair revealed their baby plans just days over the season finale aired on TV.   

Belinda told Woman's Day magazine: 'I definitely think Pat would be a great dad, there's no doubt in my mind.'

'We've talked about it. I definitely want them [children],' Patrick added.     

'I joked about it [marriage plans] last week and she freaked out... so I was like, "Okay, I'll wait a bit,"' he added.

Patrick and Belinda were one of few couples this season to get their happily ever after.

Married At First Sight will return on Channel Nine in 2022.
