Jessika Power shamelessly stole Tamara Joy's 'husband' Daniel Webb on Married At First Sight earlier this year.

And despite saying she has forgiven Dan for his betrayal, it seems Tamara is less willing to call a truce with Jessika.

On Monday, the 30-year-old office manager took a swipe at her blonde rival, 27, in an interview with NW magazine. 

Tamara was asked for her thoughts on Jessika's recent $25,000 cosmetic surgery binge - and she didn't hold back. 

'Babe, just go to the gym! Do some squats - you'll be fine,' she said, appearing to hint that Jessika is out of shape. 

Meanwhile, Tamara also confirmed she had accepted Dan's apology for his affair, saying: 'I won't forget that he cheated on me on national TV, but I've forgiven him.' 

Tamara's admission comes after she was spotted with Dan, 35, in Melbourne last week, sparking rumours they may be getting back together.

Meanwhile, Jessika has completely transformed her appearance since splitting with the car salesman in early April.

She has splashed out $25,000 on a new set of veneers, two rounds of dental work, cheek and lip fillers, Botox and a brow lift. 

'I'm a confident girl, but having tens of thousands of people criticise me each day has shaken me to the core,' Jessika told NW last week. 

'I felt like I had heaps wrong with me after [appearing on Married At First Sight].' 

Jessika added that she plans to get a non-surgical nose job and 'lipo-sculpture on [her] thighs and buttocks' in the near future.
