Married At First Sight's Tamara Joy is no stranger to cosmetic enhancements, having previously undergone a breast enlargement.

And the 30-year-old socialite has gone under the knife once again, booking herself in for a rhinoplasty with renowned facial plastic surgeon Dr Michael Zacharia.

Tamara winced in pain while leaving Dr Zacharia's clinic in Double Bay, Sydney on Thursday, and sported a large bandage across her nose. 

Dr Zacharia has previously provided nose jobs for reality stars like Megan Marx and Keira Maguire. 

Tamara, who was joined by her MAFS co-star Melissa Lucarelli, dressed casually for the occasion in black jeans and an animal print jumper.

She swept her brunette hair up into a messy bun and opted for striking red eye makeup.

Meanwhile, Melissa also kept things casual in a patterned jumper and black jeans.

She wore minimal makeup, and appeared to be in good spirits as she kept Tamara company at an upmarket café next to the clinic.

It's not the first time Tamara has had a cheeky nip and tuck, as she has previously admitted to getting lip fillers and a breast enlargement.

She told Yahoo! Lifestyle: 'People do it for all different reasons. I had a bit of a booty and I really wanted to balance that out, that’s why I [had a boob job].

'If it makes you feel better about yourself, why not?'

Tamara isn't the only MAFS star to go under the knife, however, with fellow brides Sharon Marsh and Martha Kalifatidis also admitting to surgery in the past.
