Married At First Sight star Tamara Joy has slammed an online troll who shamed her in a nasty message.

On Monday, the 30-year-old took to Instagram to share the shocking exchange she had with the mum-of-two.

'You're such filth. Actual wh**e,' the troll wrote after Tamara had posted a busty selfie of herself lounging around in a plunging tank top.

'Thank you so much hunnee (sic),' Tamara responded sarcastically.  

'I appreciate your kind words. Such a great model for your two beautiful children,' she added.

Since rising to fame on the 2019 season of Married At First Sight, the brunette beauty has amassed a massive 169,000 followers on Instagram by regularly flaunting her physique and documenting her glamorous trips to Bali.

This is not the first time the voluptuous beauty has had to deal with online criticism. 

While still on the show, Tamara shared another exchange with a bully who called her a 'trashy b***ch' and told her to 'f*** off and kill herself'.

At the time, Tamara pleaded with her Instagram followers to consider the mental health of others before they sent 'hate' messages online.

'Okay...This is not okay!' she wrote at the time. 'Yes I may have put myself and my life on television for you all to see. I totally get that everyone has an opinion and yes you are entitled to that! You may or may not like me, and that is completely fine.'

She continued: 'Please people think about what you say, because you may be that one hater that breaks a person completely. Mental healthy is not a joke!'  

Since shooting to fame on MAFS, Tamra now works as a professional Instagram influencer
