A former Married At First Sight Australia star has come under fire for her dramatic cosmetic transformation.

Tamara Joy, 33, who appeared on season six of the Channel Nine series, has undergone a slew of cosmetic procedures over the years. 

And the reality star shared an especially plump selfie to Instagram on Sunday, sparking backlash and dividing her fans.

Snapping a photo in a very low cut red top, she put on a busty display with her augmented breasts, and flaunted her incredibly pouty lip filler. 

Looking unrecognisable from her MAFS days, some followers flocked to her comments in dismay over how much work Tamara had done to her face. 

'Awe you were so natural and beautiful back on MAFS, I hope you did it all for yourself and not for the gram [Instagram],' one person wrote.

'Why? You were stunning! You were so beautiful the way you were and had so much class. This is really sad but as long as you're happy it's not for any of us to say is it,' wrote another. 

'You were so beautiful before darling. Why oh why did you need to improve on perfection?' a third commented.

Despite the criticism Tamara received over her new looks, she had plenty of fans jump in to defend her cosmetic procedures.

'So many negative comments. Her body her choice. If it makes her happy then who are we to judge? Just let her be,' one fan admonished.

Someone else praised: 'Gorgeous girl! Ignore the haters. Put them in the bin!'

Yet another said: 'I don't understand why people need to be so nasty and negative to others. Internet trolls for sure! 

'If you are not friends or family with the person then why do you think your opinion matters?! Weren't any of you ever taught, 'If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all!''

Tamara has been very vocal about altering her appearance, and has admitted to getting breast enlargement, dermal fillers, Botox, and a nose job.  

The OnlyFans content creator was an intruder bride on the 2019 season of MAFS where she was paired unsuccessfully with Dan Webb.
