Mary Bonnet revealed how Selling Sunset cost her $500,000 during a podcast appearance on Tuesday.

Amid production on the upcoming 10th season, which she is not a part of, Mary, 45, revealed if she had FOMO, addressed the return of Christine Quinn, 37, and shared her concerns for the new episodes while also revealing she isn’t allowed to go to the Oppenheim Group office or spend time elsewhere with her former castmates following her exit from the show.

“I’ve lost some big [deals],” Mary began on the July 7 episode of Boyfriend Material with Harry Jowsey.

According to Mary, she nearly signed a deal to represent a buyer on a $20 million home. However, after another agent put together a video compilation of the “bad behavior” of the Selling Sunset cast, the deal fell through.

“He put a video together, like a collage of all the bad behavior, basically, of the girls on the show, and he’s like, ‘This is who you want to represent you, really? This is what they’re doing. They’re doing drugs, they’re doing this, look at what they’re doing,’ because then they show [Chrishell Stause] and [Nicole Young] and stuff like that. ‘Are you on drugs? Are you on drugs?’ … And I lost the f*cking deal,” she recalled.

After Harry guessed that she would’ve made $500,000 in commission, Mary replied, “Oh, [it was] more than that because it’s happened multiple times.”

“Because of the behavior or editing too, I had my clients be like, ‘Listen, we love you, but we got to have you remove yourself from the past sale because we’re getting harassed and stuff like that.’ I’m like, ‘Wow,'” she shared.

As for whether she had FOMO after exiting the show, Mary admitted it felt “weird” not filming.

“The first couple of days it was like, it felt like I was in a different universe,” she shared. “I’m like, ‘Who am I? What am I doing?’ It was so bizarre, but I was really excited because I have a lot of other things that I’m pursuing and going on I’m really excited about,” she reasoned.

Then, after suggesting that producers “felt the need to edit” the show due to a ratings drop, Mary questioned whether Christine’s return was the right choice.

“I don’t know if it’ll be entertaining or repetitive with Christine because, I mean, she’s entertaining, but it’s like when you do the same jokes over and over and over, and … you just put everyone down all the time. That gets old,” she noted. “It’s fun to get to know new [cast members], but they kept saying that the only reason why Selling Sunset lasted was because [of our] chemistry.”

During another interview, Mary revealed that she’s been banned from spending time with her former co-stars.

“That was my life. Now even for Rose Day — that Jason [Oppenheim] and I go to every year together — had the tickets and I wasn’t allowed to go,” Mary told Us Weekly on July 10. “They said, ‘No, Mary can’t come because they were going to film part of it.’ They don’t want anybody from the [past] cast to overpower or overshadow the new cast.”

“I was like, ‘You’re keeping me from my friends? You can’t keep me away from there.’ They sure did. So that part I was very frustrated about and I’m sad about that,” she continued. “It’s just very strange to not know what’s going on and not be allowed to go to the office to work because they’re filming. … They will not allow us in the office. It’s my office and it is bizarre, but it’s OK because I need to work from home anyway.”

Following her departure from Selling Sunset, Mary went through “a bit of a grieving process.” And, while she confirmed she will watch season 10, she’s enjoying her time away from the cameras.

“It was an amazing run and I’m so grateful for it. But I’m needed in other places right now — and in other ways — between the market and the show and how everything changed. I have this time so I’m using it for something good,” she explained.

As for the future of the series, as well as her potential return, Mary added, “I know that they are switching up the cast so I hope that it becomes a more positive show. I really do. Maybe I would go back on it if it were really positive. But it’s still Selling Sunset so I kind of doubt [that]. They’ve said that it’s going to be more positive and about fun for the last three seasons.”
