Sen. Lindsey Graham predicted that the Supreme Court will return Donald Trump's presidential immunity case back down to the lower courts.

The South Carolina Republican said there is no 'absolute immunity' detailed in the Constitution, but thinks the ase will result in Trump gaining 'some immunity' for actions he took when president and is now being prosecuted for.

Additionally, Graham dismissed former American Media CEO David Pecker's testimony about Trump paying to kill bad stories about him ahead of the 2016 election, claiming famous people often use this tactic.

'David Pecker, who ran The National Enquirer's parent company, testified that he paid to catch-and-kill stories about Trump specifically to help his presidential campaign. You don't have any concerns about that?' CNN's Dana Bash said to Graham in reference to testimony in the Manhattan hush money trial last week.

Sen. Lindsey Graham thinks the Supreme Court will throw presidential immunity back to lower courts – and dismissed concerns over David Pecker paying for 'catch-and-kill' stories about Trump before 2016

'Apparently, a lot of people do this, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tiger Woods,' the senator listed, mentioning the actor, bodybuilder and former California Governor as well as the notorious golf pro. respectively.

'I think the whole thing is a crock,' the Trump ally said regarding the trial. 'The statute of limitations has long shut out the misdemeanor cases. So this liberal prosecutor in Manhattan came up with a federal campaign violation.'

'I think it's a political hit job on Trump six months before the election. That's what I think,' he added.

The case in Manhattan criminal court is related to Trump falsifying business records for payments made to porn star Stormy Daniels to keep quiet ahead of the 2016 election about her alleged extramarital affair with Trump a decade prior.

Trump has appeared in court the last two weeks in New York City during jury selection and the start of testimonies in the case, which included questioning of Pecker.

Trump appeared in court the last two weeks for the hush money criminal trial in Manhattan and was unable to attend the Supreme Court arguments for his presidential immunity case

Former American Media CEO David Pecker was the first witness to testify in the hush money case last week. He admitted to paying for catch-and-kill stories about Trump to help his presidential campaign

During his testimony last week, Pecker said he paid former Playboy model Karen McDougal for her story about an affair with Trump then killed it because it would have hurt his chances of winning the election over Hillary Clinton.

Bash, hosting State of the Union on CNN on Sunday morning, asked Graham whether he was concerned with this, which he brushed off.

'All right, obviously, Tiger Woods is not running for president,' she countered.

'Yes. No, I got it. Yes, I think the whole thing is B.S. Yes, I think it's all B.S, yes, political B.S.,' the senator said.
