After the tenant's Section 8 subsidy was terminated, the landlord sought rent amounts attributable to the Section 8 portion even though the tenant had not signed rent-stabilized renewal leases after termination of the subsidy. The court held that the tenant cannot be held responsible for the Section 8 portion of the rent absent a new agreement following subsidy termination.
