Skye Wheatley has shocked her fans by revealing a very unexpected side effect of the recent fox eye lift cosmetic surgery she had in Turkey.

The reality TV star, 30, who last year had the controversial surgery designed to give the eyes a more almond-shaped appearance, revealed the shocking side effect to her Instagram followers.

Skye hosted a Q&A with fans and was discussing the extent of cosmetic surgery she has had performed when she made the surprising admission.

'Guys, have you noticed sometimes my eyes don't blink at the same time since my surgery?' Skye began.

'It's pretty f***ing funny if I'm honest. Like that would happen to me and I'm here for it!'

She also revealed she still struggled with body image issues after getting the surgery.

'Some days I feel I look like a bug and try to find the Mortein so I can have a little nap. Other days I think I look no different and that I should be booking for round two in 2025.

'Honestly, I love it, but above statement is also true.' 

In October Skye had the controversial fox eye lift surgery and several other procedures in Turkey.

Shortly after, the I'm A Celebrity winner showed off the results of her surgically-enhanced body as she left a hair salon on the Gold Coast.

She was clearly feeling herself as she worked her angles and showed off her new look after getting her hair styled.

During her visit, Skye was seen filming a video for social media while she had foils in her hair.

The influencer held her hand up to her ear as she danced for the camera.

She was later seen leaving the salon after her hair transformation.

She flaunted her figure in a crop top and matching shorts as she carried her tripod to the car.

Skye completed her look with a grey jumper and wore a pair of white sneakers as she posed for photographers at the front of the hair salon. 

She is no stranger to the world of cosmetic enhancements, having been open in the past about her procedures and the emotional journey that often comes with them.

Her fox eye lift is the latest in her string of beauty transformations.

For years, people have been achieving the look using clever eyeliner, shadow makeup techniques and various tweezing methods to create a visual sweep upward to the corner of the eye.

In addition to the fox eye lift and liposuction, Skye also admitted she underwent a complementary temporal lift (fat transfer into the face to prevent the need for injectable dermal fillers) and a blepharoplasty (an eyelid surgery).

'My doctor said there wasn't much fat on my arms or legs so [he] only took the littlest bit and from what I can see of my arms so far I'm really happy,' she recently posted to her Stories.

'Legs don't look much different, probably swollen.'

Answering a question on her Instagram Stories, Skye listed off all the plastic surgery procedures she's ever had done.

That includes surgery on her nose, her breasts (twice), arms, inner thigh and face.
