Border Bug: Border still appears on all sides of shape

Lunacy version: 14 & 15
OS version: Windows 11
Bug when adding a border to a specific side of a layer. The color still shows on all sides.
In my example, I only added a red left border but as you can see, the red still appears (in a more subtle way) on the other sides of the shape.
