Another year, a higher climb. We’re proud to share that The Agency has once again ranked among the nation’s top residential real estate brokerages, placing #13 in the U.S. by sales volume in The T360 2026 Mega 1000  rankings—rising two spots from last year. 

The 2026 Mega 1000, released annually by real estate management consulting and analytics firm T3 Sixty, ranks the nation’s 1,000 largest brokerages by sales volume, and its 100 largest by transaction sides and agent count.

The Agency achieved $17.9B in sales volume among just over 2,700 U.S.-based corporate agents—an admirable average of $6.6M in sales per agent. We also advanced in both the Sales Volume by Sides and Sales Volume by Agent categories, securing #26 in both — marking a consistent and exciting upward progression across the board.
