The Agency is proud to announce that Tara Gettles has been named to HousingWire’s 2026 Women of Influence list, a prestigious acknowledgment honoring 100 of the most dynamic and impactful women leading today’s mortgage and real estate industries.

Now in its 17th year, HousingWire’s Women of Influence program was the first national recognition of its kind, spotlighting senior and executive-level women who are driving meaningful change and innovation across the housing economy. The list is reserved for leaders who are shaping the strategic direction of their organizations, while also making a lasting impact on the housing industry at large, with a specific focus on contributions made in the most recent 12 months.

Tara joined The Agency in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations, bringing more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and real estate franchise owner to the team, quickly establishing herself as a true leader in business development and strategic growth. Over the past year, she has been laser-focused on supporting The Agency’s Global Partners, with an emphasis on growth, profitability, and delivering an exceptional overall experience. In 2026 alone, Tara and the Franchise Operations team introduced 18 global offices and completed 10 franchise agreements throughout four countries.
