The Agency hosted an unforgettable evening at Strada House, a stunning Bel Air estate with panoramic views that stretch to the Pacific Ocean. Developed by the renowned L.A. design firm, House of Rolison, and represented by Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Brittany, Strada House provided a stylish setting for an exclusive gathering that included The Agency’s 2026 Chairman Award honorees, who rank among the top 5% of all our agents companywide by sales volume.

Located at the end of a long private driveway just off Bel Air Road, the 7,600-square-foot estate unfolds across three separate structures, offering six bedrooms and ten bathrooms. Inside, skylights and oversized windows invited in the glow of the summer sunset, while earthy materials like tumbled limestone and marble created a naturally grounded elegance. 

“Every element of Strada House has been designed with intention and great care, which made it the perfect setting to celebrate the agents who are at the top of their game,” said Farrah Brittany. “Excellence can take many forms, and for this event, it was inspiring to be in the presence of both beautiful design and extraordinary professionals.” 

As they arrived, guests were greeted with Rolls-Royce vehicles staged along the home’s motorcourt and live music by cellist Aaron Sinclair.

Inside, spicy margaritas by Codigo and Ketel One lychee martinis were mixed and served alongside glasses of Avaline Wine and Peroni while magician Jeff Black entertained with head-turning sleight-of-hand. Toasts were encouraged as Moët Hennessy presented an exclusive pouring of their Paradis cognac. 

Throughout the night, DJs Lauren Kittens Abedini and DJ Mer Bear brought beats that kept the energy high.

As the stars came out, ample candlelight throughout the home added to the event’s ambiance. Plus, a black-and-white photobooth allowed guests to pose for (and pocket) chic snaps from the evening.
