The Agency has officially opened its new Connecticut headquarters in Fairfield at 1636 Post Road, marking a major milestone in our continued growth across the state. The new office anchors The Agency’s presence throughout Fairfield County and beyond and reflects the team’s commitment to combining global reach with a distinctly local, community-first approach.

The new headquarters is led by a seasoned team, including Managing Partners Michael Smith and Donald Mastroianni, Broker of Record John Caminiti, and agents Aken “Moose” Musa, Courtney McManus, and Erin Melson. Together, they’ll help guide The Agency’s continued expansion across Connecticut as a whole. The redesigned workspace offers approximately 2,000 square feet on the main level with an open-concept, collaborative design. The bright space also features a 14-seat bar, full kitchen, large conference room, lower-level workspace, and private offices, as well as a dedicated content creation green room for agents.

In addition to serving as a workspace, the Fairfield office is designed to give back, with a community event space available free of charge to charitable, educational, and nonprofit organizations looking to host gatherings. The Agency is also proud to partner with the Fairfield Arts Commission’s Local Walls program, which pairs local artists with local businesses to display original artwork throughout the community. Pieces rotate through participating locations on a roughly 90-day cycle, and much of the artwork is available for purchase, turning the Fairfield office into part of a town-wide gallery that celebrates Connecticut talent.

The opening comes at a pivotal time for Connecticut real estate.
