HouseMe.ai, the AI-powered real estate intelligence platform co-founded by several of The Agency’s own, has officially launched in the United States. The expansion follows a strong debut in Canada earlier this summer, where the platform quickly became one of Toronto’s most-used real estate tools. The HouseMe.ai platform connects directly to MLS data across seven U.S. markets, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and West Virginia, with a nationwide rollout to follow.

The U.S. launch is led by Nurit Coombe, Co-Founder of HouseMe.ai and Managing Partner of The Agency DC Metro, who ranks #20 among all agents in the United States and #1 in Maryland on RealTrends’ The Thousand and has closed over $2 billion in career sales. Coombe spearheads the platform’s expansion into her home market, alongside fellow Co-Founders Peter Torkan, Canada’s leading luxury broker and star of Amazon’s Luxe Listings Toronto, and Paige Torkan, Broker of Record at The Agency Toronto.

HouseMe.ai initially launched in the Greater Toronto Area in June 2026. The results validated the thesis almost immediately: within three weeks of its Canadian debut, the platform had drawn more than 40,000 unique visitors, Paige, HouseMe’s AI assistant, and seen more than 15,000 listings viewed, adding up to over 300,000 total platform interactions.

HouseMe.ai is now live and free to use across Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and West Virginia, with a nationwide launch to follow.
