Papers authored by Oxford Computer Scientists have been accepted to different conferences organised by the IEEE – the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

The paper "A Data-Reachability Model for Elucidating Privacy and Security Risks Related to the Use of Online Social Networks" by the Department's Sadie Creese, Michael Goldsmith, Jason R.C. Nurse and Elizabeth Phillips was accepted to the 2012 International Workshop on Trust, Security and Privacy in e-Government, e-Systems & Social Networking (eGSSN-12) which was held in conjunction with 11th IEEE International Conference on Trust, Security and Privacy in Computing and Communications (IEEE TrustCom-12), earlier this month in Liverpool.

"Using Information Trustworthiness Advice in Decision-Making" by Jason R. C. Nurse, Sadie Creese, Michael Goldsmith (all of the Department of Computer Science, University of Oxford) and Koen Lamberts (University of Warwick) was given at the 2nd Workshop on Socio-Technical Aspects in Security and Trust, which was co-located with 25th IEEE Computer Security Foundations Symposium (CSF).  This event was held earlier this month in Harvard University, USA.
