All members of the University, regardless of age, department, or gender, are invited to join five women in STEM societies for their first ever joint welcome event!

Date: Tuesday 24 October
Time: 18:00-20:00 (drop-in)
Location: Assembly Room, Oxford Town Hall

Committee members from the following societies will be on hand to chat about their events and how to get involved:

• Oxford Women in Computer Science Society (+ Oxbridge Women in Computer Science Conference )
• Mirzakhani Society
• Women in Engineering Oxford
• Oxford Women in Physics (+ Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics )
• Oxford Females in Engineering, Science and Technology

 Attendees will also have the chance to meet representatives from all of the OxWoCS sponsors:

• Gold: Google
• Silver: Facebook, Microsoft, Palantir, Bloomberg, Visa 

This promises to be an exciting evening where attendees will have the chance to meet people from a variety of STEM backgrounds, find out how to get involved with all of the societies, network with sponsor representatives, and enjoy some light snacks and refreshments.
