Zhinuo Jenny Wang has been awarded a post-doc runner-up poster award sponsored by the Journal of General Physiology at the recent Gordon Research Conference on Cardiac Arrhythmia Mechanisms (31 March - 5 April 2019). She also gave an oral presentation at the satellite Gordon Research Seminar on the same study. Her poster was on modelling the electrophysiology of disopyramide drug action on HCM myocardium at both cellular and whole-ventricular scales. This work was supervised by Dr Alfonso Bueno-Orovio, and the study was done in collaboration with Raffaele Coppini, Lorenzo Santini, and Elisabetta Cerbai from NeuroFarBar, the University of Florence.
