Steadfast Designs has launched the Steadfast Stopbar™, a patented aluminum tailpiece that aims to eliminate string-change stress and keep guitars in tune longer. Designed for any guitar with a traditional Tune-O-Matic/stopbar setup, it reimagines the conventional stringing process by anchoring the ball-ends at the tuner and locking the free ends at the tailpiece with precision set screws. The goal: faster string changes, improved tuning stability, and better tone from a stronger, lighter material than most factory-equipped stopbars.
