The AAAS Fellows distinction recognizes individuals for their scientifically and socially distinguished achievements in advancing science and its impact on society.

Eray Aydil, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology A and Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B, and Emanuela Del Gado, Associate Editor of the Journal of Rheology, have each made lasting contributions to their respective fields while helping guide and support the publication of impactful scientific research.

Their recognition as AAAS Fellows reflects not only their outstanding scientific accomplishments, but also their continued dedication to advancing discovery, collaboration, and innovation across the global research community.
