On July 2, the jubilee 10th meeting in the series “TRIZ with Elena Redkolis” took place.

Elena Redkolis (www.redkolis.com) – MATRIZ Level 4 Specialist, CEM Representative, and Vice-President of MATRIZ in Russia – is an innovation and management consultant who helps companies implement TRIZ in business, build systematic innovation processes, and manage R&D and organizational development.
The meeting focused on a highly practical topic: idea management in organizations.
The guest speaker was Dmitry Ognev, Head of the Laboratory of Applied Creativity Based on TRIZ at HSE University. Dmitry Ognev is the initiator and main author of the Russian standard GOST R 72388-2025 “Idea Management in an Organization.”
During the session, participants explored how TRIZ helps generate strong solutions and discussed whether these ideas can effectively be implemented in practice. It was emphasized that to create real value, organizations need not only methods for generating ideas, but also a systematic approach to managing them throughout their life cycle.

The meeting covered:

• the process of developing the standard,
• practical ways to apply it,
• the life cycle of idea management,
• the importance of combining creativity with structured implementation in innovation processes.
