CoreWeave announced a long-term expansion of its partnership with Meta Platforms, securing an agreement valued at approximately $21 billion to provide AI cloud capacity through December 2032.

The deal builds on the companies’ existing relationship and reflects accelerating demand for high-performance infrastructure to support large-scale artificial intelligence workloads. Under the agreement, Meta will leverage CoreWeave’s AI cloud platform to scale inference workloads as it continues to expand its AI development and deployment capabilities.

The dedicated infrastructure will be deployed across multiple locations, incorporating early implementations of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. This distributed architecture is designed to enhance performance, resilience, and scalability for Meta’s AI operations.

The agreement underscores a broader industry trend, as enterprises and technology leaders increasingly invest in specialized AI infrastructure to support more complex models and compute-intensive applications.

CoreWeave, which went public on Nasdaq in March 2025, positions itself as a purpose-built cloud platform for AI, providing infrastructure, tools, and technical expertise to support organizations ranging from startups to global enterprises.
