August 17, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Caruthersville, Missouri; August 18, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Memphis, Tennessee; August 19, 2026, 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Vicksburg, MS; August 21, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Morgan City, LA. Locations for the public meetings will take place on the Motor Vessel Mississippi.
