Rescindment of a system of records notice (SORN); correction.
On July 16, 2026, DoD published a notice titled Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records. Subsequent to publication of the notice, DoD realized the effective date was not correct. This notice corrects the effective date. All other information in the published notice remains the same.
The rescindment of these SORNs is effective July 16, 2026.
On July 16, 2026, DoD published a notice titled “Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records” (91 FR 43626). The effective date erroneously published as August 17, 2026.
On page 43626, in the second column, in the DATES section, in the second line, “August 17, 2026” is corrected to read “July 16, 2026.”
