Love Island's Wes Nelson has reportedly split from his model girlfriend Lucciana Beynon after two years together.

The reality TV star, 24, who appeared on 2018's series of the ITV dating show, went Instagram official with Venezuelan-Australian native Lucciana, 21, in January but have now called it quits.

Wes and Lucciana, who is the daughter of millionaire tobacco tycoon 'Candyman' Travers Beynon, have now unfollowed each other on social media and went their separate ways due to their 'busy schedules'. 

A source told The Sun: 'Wes has a hugely busy schedule and so does Lucciana. 

'While they did care for each other it became difficult for them to keep that connection so they split.'

The rapper recently hinted at the break up during an interview on Capital XTRA: There's been a lot that's happened in my life over the past year and a half, including a breakup. That was quite recently.'

'Look at me, still shining. Can't keep a good man down. I'm good with breakups. It wasn't it wasn't like a bad one in that sense.'

Lucciana previously went public with Wes, who launched his music career back in 2020 with his single See Nobody, on Valentine's Day this year.

She posted a photo on Instagram of herself kissing Wes on a balcony alongside the text 'mi amour', which translates to 'my love'.

The couple later went for dinner at Aqua Shard, on level 31 of The Shard in London.

The pair were rarely seen on social media together, and preferred to keep things private.

'Wes met Lucciana in Dubai and it wasn't long before they started spending more time together,' a source told MailOnline at the time.

'Lucciana supports Wes' music career while she has ambitious plans with her modelling, they definitely inspire each other to do well.'

Wes - who was a millionaire by 21 - seemed smitten during their relationship and even wrote his debut solo single Say Nothing about how they met.

Speaking to Tea Time Podcast hosts Will Njobvu & Yewande Biala, Wes said: 'She keeps me grounded. I get home, I've still got the dishes to do.

'Literally this happened, I performed with Clean Bandit at Wembley - one of the maddest things I've ever done in my life - then came home to clean the dishes. That's what you need.'

Lucciana - who now lives in London - is a rising social media star with more than 163,000 followers on Instagram.

Lucciana's dad is the heir and managing director to the FreeChoice tobacco empire. He used to be an Aussie Rules football player and started his career at Southport Sharks Football Club on the Gold Coast.

He also modelled for Levi Jeans, Moschino, Valentino, Paul Smith and Calvin Klein, and also shot for Versace in Milan.

Wes has had a series of reality star girlfriends, leaving the Love Island villa with blonde bombshell Megan Barton Hanson before ending their relationship in January 2019.

He then got together with Love Island star Arabella Chi, who appeared on the show the year after him.

However they broke up in April 2020 and Wes moved out of their shared home just before lockdown.
