Megan Barton Hanson enjoyed a night out with on/off girlfriend Demi Sims as they attended the Sol De Janeiro event at London's Langan's Brasserie on Thursday.

The glamour model, 29, hinted that she had rekindled things with the TOWIE star, 26, as they cuddled up for snaps, with Demi later sharing a snap of the pair with a love heart emoji. 

Megan showcased her hourglass curves in all-black, pairing a midi skirt and   turtleneck with black heeled boots.

She looked in good spirits as she enjoyed a night out after she abruptly left Love Island Games because of 'medical' reasons' 

By her side, Demi showcased her quirky style in a graffiti print bomber jacket, teamed with combat trousers and Timberland boots.

Megan and Demi rekindled their romance earlier this year after their whirlwind summer romance in 2019,

The reality stars had first struck up a romance on E4's Celebs Go Dating four years ago but after just a few months they went their separate ways. 

Megan went onto admit that Demi made her question if she was actually gay or not and said they had no 'sexual chemistry'.

After their bitter split, the pair quickly made amends and remained friends over the years before romance blossomed again in February. 

The pair were still dating in the summer but it was assumed they had split when Megan jetted to Fiji in September to film Love Island Games. 

On the show, the star was seen getting close to Kyra Green, with the couple forming the show's first same-sex couple and sharing a steamy kiss. 

Yet their romance came to an abrupt end when Megan was forced to leave the villa, with Scottish narrator Iain Stirling telling viewers that Megan had left for 'medical reasons.'

Back in September, Megan revealed how she believed that she was suffering with Pelvic Inflammatory Disease for the first time. 

On an Instagram story she wrote: 'Which one of my queens have ever suffered from pelvic inflammatory disease?

'I've never heard of it but think i may have had my first experience, I've not had pain or fever quite like it. The last 5 days have been hell.

She said: 'If you have any good Essex/London based Gynaecologists, please let me know or any tips or remedies for the pain and to stop it reoccurring.' 

According to the NHS: 'Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) is an infection of the female reproductive system which includes the womb, fallopian tubes and ovaries.

'PID is a common condition, although it's not clear how many people in the UK are affected.

'If diagnosed at an early stage, PID can be treated with a course of antibiotics, which usually lasts for 14 days.'
