Download the original MacBook Neo wallpapers in yellow, blue, purple, and pink shades for use on your other Mac, iPad, iPhone, Windows PC, or Android phone.

MacBook Neo is Apple’s cheapest Mac notebook, with a starting price of $599 for the 256 GB, non-Touch ID model and $699 for the 512 GB, Touch ID model. Education discount can further shave off $100 on both models, making it a great deal for students and educators.

It comes in four fun colors (silver, indigo, citrus, blush) and each has its companion wallpaper that spells out the word “Mac.”

If you already have a Mac (any model), just update it to the latest macOS 26.4 beta, and you’ll find the new MacBook Neo wallpapers in System Settings > Wallpapers > Pictures.

But if you’re on another device like an older Mac, Windows PC, iPad, iPhone, or Android phone and want to use the new pop wallpapers from MacBook Neo, you have come to the right place. Download them in full 6016 × 6016 (~6K) resolution to add bright colors to your device’s Lock Screen and Home Screen.

Now, most other MacBook Neo wallpapers you may find on the web are extracted from promotional launch images and then upscaled. I have sourced these wallpapers directly from macOS 26.4’s system folder, and thus, they are the original Apple versions in high quality.

We also have a tutorial explaining where to find the default desktop wallpapers on Mac, which basically involves going to the /System/Library/Desktop Pictures folder and sometimes showing hidden files.

Note that macOS saves wallpapers in HEIC format, which may not be supported by all devices, apps, and websites. Therefore, I have converted the HEIC MacBook Neo wallpaper to JPEG (without sacrificing quality).
