Bourbon & Beyond has revealed the set times and expanded culinary and spirits programming for its 2026 edition, reinforcing the festival’s status as one of the country’s most celebrated destination events. Returning to Louisville’s Kentucky Exposition Center from September 24th–27th, the four-day gathering will once again match major musical performances with Kentucky bourbon culture and chef-driven experiences. Tickets, hotel packages and more are available here.
Now in its eighth year, Bourbon & Beyond 2026 will feature more than 100 artists across five stages. The remarkable lineup spans rock, country, Americana, bluegrass, indie and pop, with Foo Fighters, Mumford & Sons, Chris Stapleton, and Dave Matthews Band serving as this year’s major headliners.
Each day offers its own musical flavor. Thursday leans into rock and roots music with appearances by The War on Drugs, Gary Clark Jr., Cheap Trick, Goose, and Queens of the Stone Age, while Friday mixes folk, indie, and soul with performances from Kacey Musgraves, Father John Misty, Marcus King Band, The Flaming Lips, and Violent Femmes.
Saturday shifts toward country and Americana, highlighted by Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Charley Crockett, and The Red Clay Strays ahead of Chris Stapleton’s headlining set. The festival comes to a close on Sunday with a blend of heritage alternative and singer-songwriter favorites, including Hootie & the Blowfish, Counting Crows, Portugal. The Man, Better Than Ezra, and Lisa Loeb before Dave Matthews Band takes the stage. Scroll through the set times for each day of Bourbon & Beyond 2026 below.
Music, however, remains just part of the award-winning Bourbon & Beyond experience. The festival’s Fork & Flask programming, curated by Kroger, has been reimagined around the event’s three central elements: food, spirits and live entertainment. Alongside cooking demonstrations and bourbon tastings, musicians, chefs, and master distillers will team up to share in unique conversations about food, spirits and music.
Celebrity chef Chris Santos and bourbon, wine, and spirits expert Chris Blandford will host a series of demonstrations and discussions with acclaimed chefs like Sara Bradley, Claudette Zepeda, Sean Brock, Amanda Freitag, and Mei Lin, as well as a number of Louisville culinary figures.
Musicians will also take part in the cooking and bourbon-focused events. Derek Trucks of Tedeschi Trucks Band fame will be on hand to discuss the release of his Ass Pocket Whiskey, while Chris Stapleton will join master distiller Harlen Wheatley for a conversation centered on Traveler Whiskey. Additional sessions will pair chefs, distillers, and artists in collaborative demonstrations that explore everything from Kentucky food traditions to festival-inspired cuisine.
The spirits component continues to be a defining part of the long weekend, with brands like Old Rip Van Winkle, Angel’s Envy, Woodford Reserve, Maker’s Mark, and Old Forester offering tastings throughout Bourbon & Beyond. Festival-goers can sample bourbons while moving between stages, culinary demonstrations, and hospitality experiences.
If that’s not enough, attendees of the world-class event—which is produced by Danny Wimmer Presents—will once again have access to the rides at Kentucky Kingdom. These attractions were introduced to the festival footprint in 2025 and the park will operate exclusively for festival guests during the four-day event.
It’s extra touches like these that have helped the annual Louisville festival establish itself as a major cultural event that draws fans to the Bluegrass State from across the U.S. and around the globe. By pairing a vast and wide-ranging musical lineup with chef-led experiences and Kentucky’s signature spirit, Bourbon & Beyond continues to delight all comers year after year.
The official Bourbon & Beyond 2026 mobile app is now available for iPhone and Android, allowing attendees to build personalized itineraries and keep track of the festival’s schedule, including set times.
General admission and parking passes are still available and hotel packages combining festival passes with accommodations remain available through Jampack.
