An 'awkward' video of President Donald Trump's new appointee went viral after eagle-eyed viewers noticed Kelly Loeffler's odd gait as she held an empty binder.
Loeffler, Trump's new small business administrator, was seen in a TikTok video on Friday that captured plenty of online attention after users pointed out the strange details.
The 55-year-old former Georgia senator was videoed walking stiffly down a series of hallways, holding a black binder which appeared to contain no paperwork, as she answered a series of questions from an off-camera voice.
'First of all, are you in the Cabinet?' Loeffler was asked.
'Well, actually, I am,' she responded.
'After I had an incredible conversation with the President by phone to become SBA administrator, he texted me and said, "Actually, you're going to be in the Cabinet. That's a really big deal."
'And it is because the SBA administrator isn't guaranteed a spot in the Cabinet. But because President Trump knows that small business is big business, this is a Cabinet spot now.'
After more questions surrounding her position, and even her height, the video concluded – but the internet exploded with commentary around the awkward taping.

'Just act natural. It's only a TikTok,' Peter Hamby, a correspondent for Puck News, wrote on X.
'I need to see some other videos of her because there's no way she moves like this,' another user commented.
A third quipped: 'I remember my first time walking. She's doing so well!'
'I know it’s a joke but why does she walk like that?' another asked.
A sixth user wrote: 'Why is she carrying around an empty binder????'
'I’m starting to believe the “lizard people are walking amongst us” crowd,' one user joked.
'Why does she walk like she's wearing stilts?'

Loeffler had previously served in the Senate after she was appointed by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp in 2019.
The 'self-made businesswoman,' according to the SBA website, then ran in the Georgia Senate special election in 2020.
'She championed conservative values, advocated for small businesses, and passed legislation to strengthen healthcare, veterans’ services, and economic growth. A decade-long WNBA team owner, she was the first U.S. Senator to introduce a bill to protect girls’ sports,' the site said.
But Loeffler, the wife of billionaire Jeffrey Sprecher, was beaten by Democrat Raphael Warnock.
The Daily Mail reached out to Loeffler's office for comment.
