She was in tip top shape when she went into the Love Island villa in 2017 and she's certainly worked hard to maintain that since returning to live in the UK.

Professional dancer and personal trainer Gabby Allen, 28, showed off her washboard abs in her Instagram Stories on Monday after an exercise break from her house renovations.

Looking flustered in a picture shared on her page, Gabby wrote: 'Nearly died in my sessions today but feeling fantastic now.

'Did it for the endorphins!'

Gabby wore a pair of tiny black shorts which she pulled down slightly with her thumb as she posed.

She wore a grey to black faded top which left her washboard abs on show.

The reality star had her blonde hair scraped back off her face and she appeared to have worked up a sweat in her session.

Television personality Gabby gave fans a glimpse at how she keeps herself healthy with her diet by posting a tasty-looking omelette packed with mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes which she followed up with a bowl of fruit.

Gabby took a work out break from renovating her home which she has been keeping followers up to date with on her page and a specially dedicated Instagram account.

She appeared to be exasperated with how the work was coming along, posing for a picture of her kitchen vacant of any fixtures and fittings.

She wrote: 'Welcome to my kitchen guys! Please God make this move faster.'

In a video she added: 'I'm still getting messages asking why I'm not staying at my house and it's because it currently looks like this...

'But, yeah, it's be a bit of a s**t show, no pun intended. Pun absolutely intended. There was a huge flood in my house when I was away but it wasn't just normal water, it was black water.

'And, let's just say, the whole place is ruined, front to back, literally. I'm having to redecorate, refurb absolutely everything, bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, just everything.'

She added that she has nothing left apart from a roomful of contents which weren't ruined in the flood and some clothes packed into bin liners she rescued from her wardrobes which fell down.

Over on the Instagram page Gabby has dedicated to her home, she shared her frustration that her clothes had not yet been taken to be laundered, saying they should have been collected already. 

In her kitchen, Gabby pointed the camera at a dehumidifier, explaining that the machine was drying the property out so she could refit the floors, bathroom, kitchen and wardrobes. 

She added: 'I'm still waiting for everything to just come together and for the universe to just give me a break.'
