Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Curtis Pritchard finished third place, Catherine Agbaje and Omar Nyame placed fourth, leaving Elma Pazar and Sammy Root in fifth.
It marked the long-awaited happy ending for Casey, after appearing on three separate seasons of the dating show previously.
When he first appeared on the show in 2023, he failed to find love after dalliances with Lana Jenkins, Claudia Fogarty and Rosie Seabrook.
He then appeared on the first season of All Stars last year and was coupled up with Kaz Kamwi and Eve Gale, with both connections fizzling out fast.

While viewers had mixed reactions to his and Gabby's win following Monday's live final, the majority were all saying the same thing as they took to X to share their thoughts on the real reason for the pair's victory.
Fans joked the only reason the couple had received the most votes was to ensure Casey couldn't return to the villa for a fourth time, saying it had become 'his standard yearly holiday at this point'.
Some even theorised the producers had rigged the result and handed him the £50,000 cash prize to 'as a way to say “you’re never coming back again son”' as they quipped: 'I just know the airport staff are sick of seeing him'.
They tweeted: 'making Casey win was the only way to prevent him from coming back a 4th time'; 'I’m sure they did this so Casey doesn’t come back'; 'fairs, they let Casey win so he wouldn’t come back on for a 4th time'.
'You know what at least if Casey wins this time it will probably mean he won’t come back next year. A win is a win I guess'; 'They did that just so Casey would stop coming back on the show'.
'Do you think it was a fix for Casey to win so he stopped going back on the show'; 'casey after 3 januarys finally won love island pls never come back'; 'Only did it so Casey wouldn’t come back for the fourth time'.
'They handed Casey the win so he would stop coming back every January'; 'They gave Casey the 50k as a way to say “you’re never coming back again son”'; 'they dead**s just don’t want casey back that’s why they rigged the votes'.
'Casey now that you’ve won, please don’t come back for another season, I can’t see your face on my screen ever again'; 'i promise they’ve let casey win so he doesn’t come back'; 'They probably let Casey win in the hopes he doesn’t want to come back'.

'producers rigged the vote so casey can’t come back for a FOURTH year in a row'; 'They really had to make sure Casey don’t come back again so they let him win'; 'At least this means Casey won’t be back next winter'.
'Love Island had to crown Casey the winner - they didn't want him back in the Summer'; 'You’re just desperate to not have him back next year cus ain’t NO WAY they’re above Ekin and Curtis or Catherine and Omar'.
'they gave casey the W so he’d stop coming back'; 'fairs, they let Casey win so he wouldn’t come back on for a 4th time'; 'well after the third time i’d atleast hope casey would know how to win, goodness now don’t come back!'
However, many fans weren't convinced that Casey and Gabby would go the distance and predicted that he would 'somehow find his way back onto this show'.
They quipped: 'and somehow casey will be back on again next year watch this space'; 'There’s no need for Casey to pack his suitcase, he’ll be back again next year'.
'What's so funny is that I know Casey will STILL be back next season for all stars 3'; 'u guys let casey win just for him to be back next year smh'.
'Y'all gave Casey the win, just for him to be back next January'; 'Casey low key devastated he can’t come back next year x'.
'Ekin came back. So did Sammy. Let’s be real, nothings gonna stop Casey from more free rent. Watch him pop up on this season of LIUSA'.
Fans joked the only reason the couple had won was to ensure Casey couldn't return to the villa for a fourth time, with some even saying the result had been rigged to stop him ever coming back
'Casey will somehow find his way back onto this show'; 'Oh well, I would never have thought he’d win, very undeserved. Watch out for next years, he’ll probably pop up on that one as well.'
'Looool I would laugh so hard if Casey came back again next year'; 'right anyways roll on january 2026 when casey is back in the villa for the fourth time'.
As host Maya Jama interviewed the final two couples, she directly asked Casey whether he really 'chases the clout'.
In response Casey joked: 'Can we not mention that word ever again please?'
Before Maya revealed the final resutl, last year's winners and Casey's best pal Tom Clare and Molly Smith joined via video call to wish them the best of luck.
Confirming they can't wait to go on double dates when Casey and Gabby return home, Molly and Tom had nothing but joyful things to say about the new couple.
In their exit interview, Catherine sweetly admitted she 'prayed' that someone like Omar would come in and quipped that 'good things come to those who wait'.
'For me this time round I came in here looking for exactly what I want and got that', Omar said.

While despite their shock loss, Ekin-Su gushed: 'I'm really happy, I've found my man.'
'I just remember us having extremely intense eye contact, genuinely she surprised me along the way', Curtis said reflecting on his relationship with Ekin-Su.
Speaking about their whirlwind experience together with Maya, after meeting on The Only Way Is Essex, Elma and Sammy confirmed they are exclusive.
Elma revealed: 'We're exclusive!'
'Hopefully in the future, it's going so well so far. We've got about 147 dates so far. The first date is at Elma's watching movies, eating pasta and halloumi', Sammy added.
Sammy and Elma also touched on the explosive feuds they endured with Ekin-Su an Curtis.
Sammy said: 'You get put in a lot of complicated situations in here and we just had each other's back. It's squashed now, it's all good.'
As the show came to an end, the five couples each took a moment alone to reflect on their time in the villa and look forward to what will come next for them on the outside.
