90 Day Fiancé season 7 aired from 2019 to early 2020, but the cast's lives have continued to change long after the season's end. While the series' seventh season was notable for many aspects, having made stars out of popular cast members like the tumultuous Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi, there were some cast members who faded from popularity after the show came to a close. With some cast continuing on to more 90 Day franchise shows, many have continued to stay in the public eye, but a few cast members have chosen to lead more normal lives after TV.
While the intensity of Angela and Michael's relationship has long been one of the most lasting ripple effects of 90 Day Fiancé season 7, there were a few other exciting cast members who went on to continue to be a part of the franchise. Season 7 is also the last 90 Day Fiancé season made before the COVID-19 pandemic, finishing in February 2020. Couples were either forced to quarantine together or separate as they moved into a tumultuous time together. In the aftermath, were these couples able to make things work after such a difficult time together over several years?
Emily Larina
While living in Russia, Emily Larin met Sasha Larin, a married Russian man and father of two children. By the time the two appeared on 90 Day Fiancé, Emily was about to give birth to their first child together, with Emily desperate to go back home to Portland, Oregon. Emily's sister was suspicious when the couple came to the States, especially as Sasha frequently body-shamed her.
By the end of the season, Emily married Sasha despite her family's concerns, and they remain together to this day. After getting married, Emily and her young family moved back to Russia, although they have since returned to the U.S. following safety concerns over the Russian invasion of Ukraine, as reported by Reality Titbit. Over the past years, Emily has left social media behind, and appears to be living her life offline.
Alexander "Sasha" Larin
Personal trainer Sasha met Emily when she started attending his gym in Moscow, Russia. Sasha proposed to Emily when she was pregnant with their child, despite still being married to the mother of his other two children. When Sasha moved to the States, Sasha's ex-wife told the crew that Sasha grew bored with her and cheated on her, which only fueled the skepticism from Emily's family.
After the season ended, Sasha moved with Emily back to Russia to have a blended family with his two children from his previous marriage. As reported by Reality Titbit, Emily was "in love" with her new life in Russia, and the family hoped to return to the country soon. It appears the Larin's are still in Russia. Sasha has also kept his life mostly offline in the past few years, giving little insight into what's happening in his life.
Anna Campisi
American Anna Campisi met Turkish resident Mursel Mistanoglu through online dating, and they became engaged shortly after they met in person. After Mursel came to America, Anna discovered that Mursel had refused to tell his parents about Anna's children before their relationship — an issue not helped by the fact they needed a translator to communicate.
Anna and Mursel managed to marry before the season ended, and they are still married today. Anna still works as a beekeeper, and Mursel has joined her in the business. The former 90 Day Fiancé couple welcomed a baby in 2022 via surrogate. Their son, Gokhan, is heavily featured on her Instagram page.
Mursel Mistanoglu
Due to his family's prejudice against Anna, Mursel didn't tell his family back in Turkey that he had become a stepfather to Anna's children. Anna refused to marry Mursel until he told them, and his confession was met with backlash that required him to go back to Turkey to cool tensions before coming back to the States to marry Anna within 90 days.
Now happily married, Anna and Mursel have opened up a furniture business called "Mursel's Custom Furniture," and Mursel also supports Anna's beekeeping business. He also became a father to his first child with Anna, welcoming a baby in 2022. Mursel and the couple's son, Gokhan, often pop up on his Instagram page, where Mursel teaches their child about his Turkish culture.
Michael Jessen
Connecticut native Michael Jessen met Brazilian Juliana Custodio in Croatia while on vacation, and they quickly hit it off, though Michael was almost 20 years Juliana's senior. Despite concerns from the family that Juliana was only interested in the flashy, wealthy guy she met on vacation, the two married by the end of the season, with Sara, Michael's ex-wife and mother of his two children, officiating the ceremony.
Michael split from Juliana in 2021, alleging that Juliana had been unfaithful by cheating on him with Sara's husband, although later alleged the pandemic was to blame. Michael is now single and looking to meet another potential soulmate and stepmother to his two sons and daughter. Having kept quiet on social media, there isn't much of a public record of Michael's recent happenings.
