We are back to square one in Iran and Ukraine. The MOU is looking to be nothing more than a ruse and a deceit. A ploy to buy time and search for leverage. Much the same can be said about the Ukraine conflict. The West is not interested in peace. It is pursuing a policy of direct war against Russia. Russia has taken note.
