Alumnus Elected to Lead UK's Adventist Church

The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Britain and Ireland has a new national leader.
During their recent British Union Conference (BUC), held at the Atrium Hotel, Heathrow, Kirk Thomas was elected as their new President.
Thomas assumes the role, following his service as president of the South England Conference (SEC) in September 2023.
He is a seasoned pastor with more than 30 years of pastoral experience, having previously served in the Inter-American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church before pastoring in the Willesden district of churches in West London, then as personal ministries director in the SEC, and evangelism director in the BUC.
