Ana de Armas has a new man, and he’s the Grammy-winning frontman of Venezuelan band Rawayana.

The two were caught kissing on a boat off Formentera, arms around each other as the sun went down. It’s her first public relationship since her rumored fling with Tom Cruise cooled last fall.

Ana de Armas, 38, and Beto Montenegro, 37, had been quietly building this for months before the Spanish coast made it official. Photographers caught the pair kissing after lunch at a Formentera beach spot, walking hand-in-hand to the port, and boarding a boat to meet friends on a yacht. The Balearic getaway was the couple’s most public outing yet, capping months of quieter sightings with an unmistakable display.

Montenegro is the man at the center of that Grammy win. He co-founded Rawayana in 2007 and fronts the group as vocalist, songwriter, and guitarist. The Venezuelan band mixes reggae, rock, funk, and Caribbean rhythms, and it won the Grammy in 2025 for Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album, plus two Latin Grammys in 2024 and a Coachella set that same year.

The two were first linked in late May, spotted repeatedly at a Madrid café and later at the Noches del Botánico festival, where they sat close through a Rubén Blades concert in July. Neither has publicly confirmed the relationship.

De Armas keeps her private life discreet despite a run of high-profile links, including her marriage to actor Marc Clotet, a romance with Ben Affleck, and reported sightings with Tom Cruise that ended around October 2025.
