LeBron James’ decision to join the 76ers in free agency has been the biggest story in basketball this summer.

Now the 41-year-old seems to be spending August with his family. This has been shown by a series of Instagram posts LeBron has made at the University of Arizona, which is where his middle son, Bryce, is playing college basketball.

Bryce redshirted in his freshman season, which means that he didn’t play at all in the Wildcats’ actual games.

On Friday, LeBron posted a photo showing a piece of paper, which indicated that Bryce had been named to the University of Arizona’s honor roll. The piece of paper stated that Bryce earned this achievement because he had a GPA of 3.0 or over for two consecutive semesters.

The next Instagram Story post looked to be LeBron and Bryce out at dinner. It was a selfie, and LeBron quickly panned the camera over to his son, who was staring at his phone.

“Watching that film over there, huh?” LeBron said.

Bryce then laughed and said, “Watch out!”

“That boy locked in!” LeBron added while putting a toothpick in his mouth.

Bryce James focused on his phone, with cocktails on the table.

Perhaps LeBron is trying to give Bryce confidence that he’ll have more of a role on the court in his sophomore season. On Saturday morning, LeBron made another post to his story that looked to be at an Arizona basketball practice.

It’s cool to see LeBron taking time with his son before what’s sure to be a pivotal season for them both.
