Study proposes barring ITMO buyers from unambitious sellers

Existing rules governing the trade of carbon credits under Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement are too weak and may end up limiting climate ambition, according to a new paper, which called for a 'coalition of the willing' to fix the issue.
