Katie Price appeared in high spirits on Friday as she took her son Harvey to a hospital appointment.

The former glamour model, 44, planted a kiss on her 20-year-old son, who she shares with ex-boyfriend Dwight Yorke, as they were snapped outside the building.

And her outing comes following the star's split from fiancé Carl Woods, who reportedly released a recording allegedly of her talking about drug use last week.

Heading to the appointment, Katie strolled alongside Harvey, who was born with disabilities including partial blindness, ADHD and Prader-Willi syndrome. 

She sported an all-black ensemble with figure-hugging leggings and a faux fur long gilet, with her brunette locks sleekly styled in a slight wave.

While Harvey, who donned a bright green T-shirt, held onto his mum's arm before leaning in to give her a kiss. 

Katie also took to Instagram to share snaps from her Christmas tree shopping with her kids Bunny, eight, and Jett, nine, and her sister Sophie.

She cut a stylish figure in a pink camouflage print jacket as she posed in front of a London bus and a Father Christmas statue with her loved ones. 

The TV star styled her brunette locks in a straight fashion and flashed a huge smile as she enjoyed spending quality time with her loved ones. 

Harvey is one of Katie's five children; she shares eldest Junior, 17, and Princess, 15, with ex-husband Peter Andre. While is also mum to Jett, nine, and Bunny, eight, from her relationship with Kieran Hayler.

And the glamour model is now single again after splitting from fiancè Carl last month, amid accusations of cheating from the Car Dealer - who claimed that she was with another man during their relationship.

Katie confirmed the split last week after confusing fans with a slew of on/off displays. 

And on Thursday, it emerged that Carl had reportedly released audio of Katie allegedly saying she didn't turn up to an event 'because I was on coke'.   

According to The Sun, the edited clip, which Carl released at 2am, begins with Carl complaining about Katie's mother Amy blaming him for her not turning up to events.

Katie allegedly responds: 'Imagine if I sat down with my mum and said yeah, I was doing coke.

'That's the reason for why I haven't turned up for this and that - because I was on coke, it's nothing to do with Carl. Carl's helped me get off it.'

Carl then adds: 'Maybe she'd have a different opinion of me then.' 

In March 2021, Katie had revealed her kids threatened to 'never speak to her again' if she continued to take cocaine and said she vowed to take drugs tests to prove she was clean. 

And it has been claimed that there are more recordings to follow, with Carl reportedly being in possession of 'hundreds' of recordings that 'were taken without Katie's knowledge'.

An insider told The Sun: 'Now the relationship is over, everyone is scared what revenge Carl will take on Katie.

'He's got hundreds of recordings and videos of her, taken without her knowledge, and he's threatening to put them all online.'
