Katie Price is reportedly set to open up about her IVF struggles in a new Channel 4 documentary as she hopes to be a mum again.

The mother of five, 46, previously allowed cameras to follow her journey of having a baby with ex Carl Woods, 35.

Despite the pair breaking up in 2023, the former glamour model and ex Love Island star have reportedly given the channel the go-ahead to broadcast the personal footage for a two-part show.

The fly on the wall documentary, which will air next year, will also feature all of Katie children but TV insiders have said her current boyfriend JJ Slater won't feature.

A source told The Mirror: 'We'll see Katie go on a tough - and unsuccessful - journey to become a mum again. 

'She faces lots of obstacles, ups and downs along the way. The programme will shine a light on the struggles women face while trying for a baby in their 40s.'

MailOnline has contacted Katie and Carl's reps and Channel 4 for comment.  

The OnlyFans star previously revealed to MailOnline that she has experienced three failed rounds of IVF in the past year, she said: 'My eggs are too old, I'll get a donor egg'.

Katie is already a proud mum to son Harvey, 22, with former footballer Dwight York, son Junior, 19, daughter Princess, 17, with her first husband Peter Andre, and son Jett, 10, and daughter Bunny, nine, with ex-husband Kieran Hayler.

The TV personality previously told Olivia Attwood on her podcast: 'People have got to realise it doesn't matter if I act young or if I look younger, your body is still 46, and your eggs get less and they get older and it's harder.'

Loose Women and Love Island star Olivia then asked: 'But you definitely want another one?' 

Katie replied: 'Or two. It's going to happen one way or the other. I don't know how or well and I will, I'll try.'

It comes after Katie last week suffered yet another accident while on holiday as she was pictured in a wheelchair with a bandaged foot in Cyprus. 

The reality star was pushed through the hospital car park by her boyfriend JJ Slater, 32, after slipping on a rock.

She previously broke bones in both of her feet after falling from a 25-foot wall during a break in Turkey in 2020, she underwent multiple surgeries in a bid to fix the damage but was left unable to walk for six months. 

Seen leaving the hospital, Katie was still dressed for the beach in a plunging bikini, with her hair pulled back into a high ponytail.

JJ dressed in a white vest top that he teamed with a pair of grey shorts and trainers, shielding his eyes with sunglasses.

JJ carefully helped her out of the wheelchair and into the clinic for treatment as she hopped on one leg.  

Despite having an eight hour operation following the accident in August 2020, Katie was left in constant pain for months following and was often seen wearing moon boots. 

Addressing the accident in February 2021, Katie admitted she was in constant pain and 'waddled like a duck' when trying to walk, with 20 minutes a day being her limit.

The accident occurred while she was on holiday in Turkey with her then on-off boyfriend Carl Woods, Princess and Junior - her two children with first husband Peter Andre. 

She plummeted 25ft off a wall at a theme park in Turkey and landed on her feet, later revealing that she feared that she would be 'paralysed'.

The star later explained how her feet are 'destroyed' as a result of the incident, with doctors telling her they have amputated legs with similar injuries, and admitted she returned to The Priory to learn to 'walk again.' 

Katie underwent an eight-hour operation to rebuild her feet after she was 'mucking about' following a few drinks and jumped off what she thought was a 'small wall' at the Land of Legends theme park.
